So Akurata is an online electronic document management service, the software product (software-as-a-service) in the form of an online service designed to automate electronic document management processes between users, which involves signing, sending, receiving and storing electronic documents online at akurata.io (the “Service”) managed by Ukrainian company Limited Liability Company VCHASNO SERVICE with an address at Premise 604, Bld. 4H, 201-203 Kharkivske Shose, Kyiv 02121, Ukraine, registration number 41231992. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to set out how Akurata collect, use, store, or otherwise process personal information about customers and other individuals (collectively "you") who access or use our websites, including akurata.io and/or any of our other websites, products, or services that link to this Privacy Policy (the “Services”). By using our Services, you understand that we will collect and use your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
3. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICYWe may change the Privacy Policy from time to time so please check this page to ensure that you’re happy with any changes. To invite new users, authorized users can enter the email address of third parties. By providing us with such information, you confirm that you have received consent from third parties to use their email address;Location data. Includes internet protocol (IP) address, language, and location, country, city, zip code, timezone, etc;Device, Usage Information. That means that you can ask Akurata what Personal Data of yours is being processed as well as for the clarifications on the information described above, i.e. purpose of collecting and processing, period of processing, third parties that have access to information.b) You have a right to request Akurata to rectify your Personal Data. This means you can ask all the inaccurate Personal Data concerning you being corrected. You can also complete the Personal Data if you feel there is a need to do so.c) You have a right to request Akurata to erase Personal Data. You can request Akurata to erase such data if its processing is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected as well as if there are no legal grounds for the processing. In most cases Akurata will erase it unless otherwise will be required by legislation.d) You have a right to request Akurata to restrict the processing of your Personal Data. In some cases, prescribed by law you will be able to restrict the processing of your personal data, for example if you contest the accuracy of your Personal Data being processed or in case Akurata will not be interested to process your Personal Data any longer, but you will want Akurata to do this on different reasons, for example, to bring some claim for somebody and instead of the erasure of information its processing will be just restricted.e) You have a right to withdraw consent. You can withdraw your consent for the collection and processing of your personal information by Akurata at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
